(CUT)
TRENT: Troy! Troy! Troy, talk about that fourth quarter interception.
TROY: Well ... I owe my gray hair to Head & Shoulders. It's, uh, for more than just dandruff. Head & Shoulders does seven great things for my scalp and hair. You asked with your eyes. Trent, you asked with your eyes.
(CUT)
(OFF-MIKE)
TRENT: Troy! Troy! Great game. Uh, you know, tell us about that fourth quarter interception.
(OFF-MIKE)
(CUT)
TROY: Yeah, I wash my hair like three times a day at, at the most. Um, you know, in football, uh, I think hair is pretty much taken through the gauntlet of, uh, humidity, uh, you know, of dryness and of itchiness, and all these type of things that Head & Shoulders is, is, is able to fight.
(CUT)
TROY: I think the partnership with Head & Shoulder (sic) means a lot to me for several reasons, uh, the main one being that we have Operation Once In a Lifetime that we're teaming up with the Armed Forces, uh, the, the He-, Head & Shoulders and myself, and in order to grant them a wish for these soldiers that, that come back from, uh, war, and, uh, lead us, it's important because they are true American heroes, uh, uh, more so than any celebrity, or any football player, or any athlete, because they provide us with this, uh, opportunity that we have to, uh, this freedom, this, uh, um, everything that we enjoy.
(CUT)
TROY: Not anybody is always portrayed what they're, what they're supposed to be. You know, Jim Carrey's not always the comedian when he's at home, you know? Um, I'm not the ferocious, uh, I guess safety that people, uh, think that I am, you know, and I'm at home tackling my wife or something, whatever, you know?
TRENT: (Laughs)
TROY: I, I'm just a simple person, just like anybody else out there in this world. Um, and I like things easy, very simple, and I think that's what Head & Shoulders, uh, epitomizes.
(CUT)
(CROWD NOISES)
TRENT: Troy! Troy! Big time players make big time plays. Talk about that fourth quarter interception.
TROY: Well, you know, I owe my gray hair to Head & Shoulders. It's for more than just dandruff.
TRENT: Uh, right. No, I want to know about the game winning interception.
TROY: Head & Shoulders does seven great things for my scalp and hair.
TRENT: Didn't ask about your hair, Troy.
TROY: You asked with your eyes, Trent. You asked with your eyes.
(MUSIC)
MAN: Head & Shoulders. Seven benefits, one bottle. Respect the scalp. Dig(?) the hair.
SFX: CROWD SOUNDS
REPORTER: Troy, Troy...Big time players make big time plays, talk about that 4th quarter interception.
TROY: Well, you know, I owe my great hair to Head & Shoulders. It's for more than just dandruff.
REPORTER: Uh, right. No, I wanna know about the game-wining interception.
TROY: Head & Shoulders does seven great things for my scalp and hair.
REPORTER: Didn't ask about your hair, Troy.
TROY: You asked with your eyes, Trent...You asked with your eyes.
ANNCR: Head & Shoulders. Seven benefits. One bottle. Respect the scalp. Get the hair.
(MUSIC)
MAN: It would really be, uh, to fulfill 100 percent of what we get in. Uh, every request a soldier has, and every need, uh, it's really is, is, you know, why we created Operation Once in a Lifetime. It's about helping soldiers. You know, realizing that Operation Once in a Lifetime is more than just the soldiers. It's always been our, our goal, and it's not about Iraq, it's not about Afghanistan, but it's about the family. It's, it's, you know, we want to be involved in their lives in this, you know, uh, make that difference, and ... because asking for help is the hardest thing. We want to be there, and we have been there for soldiers to where they didn't have to ask for help, that we saw the need.
(MUSIC)
MAN: But the ones that stay with me was the soldier losing his nephew, uh, because of brain cancer, and the soldier, whose daughter survived cancer, uh, because of our help. The soldier whose daughter survived cancer couldn't afford to get to Minnesota for a transplant, so we paid for it. Prior to that, he was going on a second tour to Iraq, and he couldn't get home, so we paid for that flight. If we can help you, we're going to help you. If we can't help you, it, it won't be for any other reason than we just do not have the funds available.
(MUSIC)
MAN: And to tell the soldier, "Yes, we can help", you know, is the greatest feeling in the world, and that's always a, is a dream for me, is a dream for my volunteers. You know, align with Procter & Gamble, you know, and Head & Shoulders is just a, man it, it ... I think will make my dreams come by watching other soldiers' dreams come true, and ...
(MUSIC)
MAN: Operation Once in a Lifetime was originally started to take soldiers out to (Inaudible) sporting events, you know? I mean, these are dreams that they, that soldiers take with them to Iraq. You know, it's like, "Man, I remember me and my son before we came here, you know, we actually went out to a Stars game. We, I got him a jersey, and, you know, Operation Once in a Lifetime donated these tickets, and paid for the hotel, and, man, you know, I can't wait to go back and see my son smile like that again." With Troy, Troy, you know, wanting to help soldiers, you know, I mean, you know, I've got a ... you know, soldiers that would just, you know, probably pass out.
WOMAN: (Laughs)
MAN: You know, won't pass out taking gunfire, but would pass out by meeting him. Just, I mean, it's amazing. I mean, it's just ... the sky's the limit with Troy helping us.
